No mark closes this yet, and nothing in the forge sets that field. The review lane is what will. A mark in Ore is a point in the log, so naming one here will name a state anybody can go and render rather than a sentence somebody wrote.
A proposal on Oregami has a title and a body, but in the Social panel here on Daimond the Feedback section provides a single text box which appears to be only for the title (i.e. "That title is 492 characters; a title is up to 200. Shorten it, then send.") Align it with Oregami. One result, 2 proposals have been stalled and has produced "waiting to send" with the following error: "The forge would not take this: That title is longer than a title here may be. Nothing was written; the length is there so that a listing stays a listing. That title is 268 characters; a title is up to 200. Shorten it, then send.". Ensure those 2 pending proposals are submitted.
