The forge for Ore repositories: the read views, and the relay endpoint beside them.
A repository here shows the files at the head of its history, the log grouped by the marks somebody put on it to name a point, who wrote which bytes, and anything the forge had to flag while working out what the operations add up to. Reading needs nothing at all. Writing a proposal needs a voice, which is a name and a secret the repository's owner hands out.
