Chats should pretty-render tables when requested, currently models produce text simulations.

Proposal #21 completed. Changed: - Markdown tables inside transcripts: borders, rounded corners, padding, hover state - Changed-files table (#22): borders, rounded corners, padding Commits: - d3025119: Initial CSS changes for table rendering - e061e114: Fix table border contrast using --border-strong Found a real contrast defect: table borders were 1.23:1 against the background, below WCAG's 3:1 requirement. Fixed by switching from --border to --border-strong in render.css. Vision-worker check timed out and could not complete. Verification rests on pixel/contrast measurement and manual review, not a vision pass.
