File table at end of each turn when files have been modified

No mark closes this yet, and nothing in the forge sets that field. The review lane is what will. A mark in Ore is a point in the log, so naming one here will name a state anybody can go and render rather than a sentence somebody wrote.
New feature: at the end of a turn, if any files have been modified (created, updated, deleted), produce a pretty table listing all changed file names on the left and on the right something like "+10-7" in green for + and red for the diff. Clicking the file name shows the file in the Doc panel, while clicking the diff numbers shows the differences, if it was an update. You can decide how to display this, maybe try a series of options depending on what functionality is available or favoured by the user. For me that would start with vimdiff or similar, just an intuitive visual way to compare.

#22 complete and verified. Each turn that changes files now ends with a changed-files table as a Tool-style tile in the transcript: file paths on one horizontal line (full path on hover), green +N / red -M deltas, new and deleted files tagged, and long lists folded behind a translated "show N more" bar. Clicking a file name opens it in the Doc panel (via DaimondFiles.open); clicking a delta opens a side-by-side foldable diff (old | new, unchanged runs collapsed behind "Show N unchanged"). Implemented in daimond.js (_tailNoteTable/_turnFileRow/paintDiff), deployed with the current release, and verified two ways: verify_p22table 18/18 clean with eight red-first breaks (divert/fold/deltas/click/sbs/tool/foldkey/newadd), plus a vision worker on a live mixed turn (2 modified, 1 new, 1 deleted) that caught two real defects -- the raw i18n key in the fold label and missing counts on new files -- both since fixed and covered by new checks.
