This crate provides utilities for text processing and manipulation. Key features include:

• Stringer - A String wrapper adding powerful formatting capabilities like intelligent quote handling, indentation control, line wrapping and character insertion
• SACSS (Simple And Composite String Search) - An alternative to regex providing simpler pattern matching through composable boolean operations
• Thread-safe text containers suitable for concurrent access with highlighting support
• Base-2^x encoding/decoding with customisable alphabets including Base64 and Hex
• Text splitting with quote protection and hyphenation awareness
• Line-oriented text manipulation with full Unicode support
